House move-in cleaning

What is different about a house

On the inspection
Windows are the hidden hours
A house can have three times the glass of an apartment. Sills and tracks are the part that takes the time, not the panes.
The garage is on the lease
Empty it completely. Anything left becomes a haul-away charge billed by the load.
Yard and exterior
Check whether the lease makes the yard your responsibility. If it does, the handover standard usually includes it being cut and clear.
