Consistency is what makes a turnover vendor useful. You should not have to re-explain the standard on unit four.
- Appliance interiors: oven, fridge, dishwasher
- All cabinets and drawers, inside and out
- Bathrooms including grout and exhaust fans
- Baseboards, frames, switch plates, and vents
- Window sills, tracks, and blinds
- Closets, shelving, and storage areas
- Balconies, patios, and entry steps
- Floors vacuumed and mopped last
Volume
Pricing for multiple units
Single turnovers price the same as any move-out clean, from $275. Standing arrangements across several units a month are quoted as a package, because predictable volume is worth something to us and predictable scheduling is worth something to you.
Tell us roughly how many units you turn in a typical month and we will quote the whole thing rather than unit by unit. Work is performed by Suite 5 Cleaning Co, who carry their own insurance.
