Move-in cleaning for a condo covers appliance interiors, inside every cabinet, bathrooms, baseboards and floors before you move anything in. It takes about the same time as a move-out clean and starts at $325.

What is different about a condo

Ask for the association rules
The owner may not think to send them, and an association standard can include things a normal lease does not, like common-corridor carpet at your door.
The storage locker
If one came with the unit, it is part of the handover and it is in a different part of the building entirely, which is exactly why it gets left full.
Vents
Shared-wall and corridor-adjacent vents load up with dust. Unscrew the covers and wipe both faces.
