What landlords actually check on a walk-through

They start in the kitchen

It has the most chargeable surfaces and it is the room most likely to have been rushed. Oven interior including the door glass, stovetop and drip pans, the vent hood filter, the refrigerator inside and underneath, the dishwasher filter, and inside every cabinet and drawer.

Budget half your cleaning time here. It is where half the money is.

Then bathrooms

Grout and the shower door track, the exhaust fan cover, behind and around the toilet base, and inside the vanity. Exhaust fan covers are a favourite because almost nobody removes and washes them.

Then the sweep

Baseboards, window sills and tracks, blinds, ceiling fan blades, switch plates, vents and returns, and closet shelves. Individually small, collectively the difference between passing and not.

Finally, the things that are not cleaning at all

Burnt-out bulbs, missing outlet covers, unpatched nail holes, and every key, fob, garage remote and mail key. Cheap to fix and expensive to be charged for, because they get billed at replacement cost rather than at hardware-store prices.
